TERMS AND CONDITIONSRegistration fee: £35 booking fee payable at the time of booking. Deposit: £155 also payable in advance (refunded at the end of the stay) Summer season:- Please add an extra £5 per person per week from 1st week in July to mid September. Bookings falling within these dates will be subject to the supplement even when starting before. Booking procedure: Upon receipt of your booking form and payment of the above (£190 in total) we will process your registration form and forward the full details of the accommodation by post or email. You must then contact your host (by mail or telephone) to let them know in advance (at least one week before) an estimated time of arrival in London (flight details when applicable). You will also receive an invoice for your accommodation fees which must be paid in full to M&M. Payment must be made in advance, either before your arrival or on the first working day of your arrival. For stays over 4 weeks we will accept payments every 4 weeks in advance. Prices are calculated on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Bookings starting on a week day will still be charged for the whole week. Cancellation: Once a reservation has been made the registration fee is non-refundable whatsoever. Less than 2 week’s notice: 1 week cancellation charge will apply. Curtailment/Extension/Visitors If you wish to leave your accommodation earlier, you must contact us as soon as possible. A two weeks notice policy will apply unless otherwise agreed. In the unlikely case of an unsuitable accommodation, we will offer you an alternative at no extra cost at our own discretion. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond your original leaving date you must contact us immediately before we book someone else. Should a friend or relative wish to stay with you in the accommodation initially booked for you only, you must consult M&M for approval & agreement on extra rent. |
